The Right Candidate?
The number of franchises available is limited and will only be offered to selected candidates based on their interview performance. The ideal candidate should be passionate for developing kids and have proven track records of dealing with kids in the foundation age with up to date CRB, First Aid and Safeguarding certificates. On top of that you should have a minimum of FA Level 1 in football or Futsal Coaching. However, strong candidates who has relevant experience in coaching might be considered as well. The right candidate should be business minded, someone who can work hard to make his business a success, willing to work evenings / weekends/ school half terms etc... depending on his business needs.
